According to Time magazine, she's one of the most influential people on earth. No, she's not Hillary Clinton, not even J.K. Rowling. She is, in fact, a 16-year-old from Nashville, Tennessee, Miley Cyrus. If you're a little girl or the parent of one, it would have been obvious. Who else? For the uninitiated, Miley plays Hannah Montana, the pop star heroine of a hugely successful Disney TV series. She's the world's most famous teenager, well on the way to making her first billion. But, as Karl Stefanovic reports, she's also made a few mistakes along the way, including that infamous photo-shoot.
