In Gabby's new series, she takes on the best Division 1 golfers from all over the country! Gabby takes on Sara Byrne, a senior representing the University of Miami! She is one of the top college golfers in the world! Having not one, not two, but three golf records during her time at Miami. I like Saras swing. Short back swing and she still has serious power.

It's a good observation, and it isn't even all that short. If we check a replay at one-fourth speed like the one at 18:27, we see the hands are far away from the ears, even if they are not all that high. This is how she hits the center of the club so often. The power comes from superior footwork and turning throughout the shot -- notice how the front foot is so solid until after impact, again reinforcing consistent contact. I can see how Sara does so well in women's golf wherever she plays.

Title IX removed a lot of college men's sports. Title IX requires equal numbers of men and women in college sports and if the University has a football team with 55 or more players the University has to eliminate other sport's teams.

I see quite a bit of criticism here... that's fine I suppose! Gabby was playing the course for the first time! Course knowledge is important for all the shots.. especially chipping and putting! Gabby is an awesome golfer and fun to watch! One thing we should all learn from the match is to play your own game... it's either good enough or it isn't! If you try to out drive someone or keep up YOU WILL hurt your rythem and stroke... including the bad shot you hit by over swinging!
