Total is 3.2 Kodi. വേണമെങ്കിൽ ഇൻ്റീരിയർ and Furniture cost another. 50 Lakh , so now total 3.8 കോടി. ഇനി exterior വർക്കിനു ഒരു 20 lakh. So maximum 5 Kodi. I see a high optimization possibility on the rates..if we know about each and every material in detail. The thing about 40-60 Lac price point is that many middle class buyers with stable jobs that have been paying rent for a very long time, want to escape the rent cycle and channel their rent money towards buying a place of their own, which they can call a home and is an asset. So they don’t want to spend time to build a house would rather buy a pre built one. If they build a house they have to spend another year or 2 in a rented property till the house is ready. Whereas a readymade home you can move in straight away and escape rent from the next month itself.
