Sir mera 1600m ka time 5.58 pe lock ho gaya hai. Me roj alag alag run karta hu jese ki 1.Monday long run 2. Tuesday.1200,800,600,400 ki repetations (3 min rest) 3.Wednesday .slow fast 3 km run 4.Thursday.Hill run 5. Friday. 800×2 rep, 400×5 rep 6.Saturday . Normal 5 km run Ab kya karu Guruji ??
