I realised the pad is rigged upside down haha. I followed this but had it right way up because mine had the label in the middle of the pad.

I got 2- Kelty Jr. Tioga 2000 Lightweight external frames they adjust a bit longer than the Alice frame, I'm 6'2" it fits me great it fits snug in the Large Alice Pack Pocket an i used the Flibe shoulder straps an hip pads have to set up this way an work nice for back country hiking an bug out bags !
