Nice work guys, equipment makes firewood fast, stressing the Deere a little, maybe a pair of wheels weights would help, Take Care 🪵👍🏼🇺🇸

It is always a dilemma. I use it to mow grass and I don’t like to have the extra weight on my drain field

They are really nice for sure. I like the control I have using a single wedge and having both hands free to handle the wood.

Nice work lisa 👍 darin i do syrup on a smaller scale with a barrel stove evaporator. I use pine and beech.smaller splits burn hotter. Usually do around five gallons.

pine?? for syrup?? I would think that might flavor the juice a little. 5 gallons is a lot of pancakes!!

Bob I am thinking since he has an enclosed stove with a chimney to the outside, it should work.

Nice work getting things done in the woodyard, but let's just be honest. That John Deere wouldn't have enough power to hurt pushing on a transmission. Oh wait...that's right you drive a Chevy! 🤷‍♂😆🤣💪🍻

Great job Lisa! Darrin I think you’re going to be down graded to stacking duties. Ha ha. That machine combo is fantastic. A kinetic splitter would also be a great combo with a processor. I hope that you two have a great week!
@woodruffwoods
@woodruffwoods Жыл бұрын
Those kinetic splitters are very fast. The brute force with the 4 way is also okay with the extra splits down to bundle size but it is harder than a single wedge and a foot pedal.

That is what I would think as well. Pine burns very hot when dry so I would think it would be a good choice.
