Breakfast food is hard for me because im not a big breakfast person but if i had to choose: avacado toast with everything bagel seasoning and scrambled egg on top., breakfast hash, bagel with cream cheese and fresh basil, cheese grits and bacon.

My husband is on trt and looks jacked even compared to the young guys he works with. One guy came up and was adking him about his diet because of this. Dude my husband dont diet. Hes like um a sandwich for lunch, pb and j also and maybe a couple nutty buddies and my wife cooks at night lmao. Hes in the gym at three every morning. Plus while we dont really diet, we do eat somewhat healthy. Its actually my downfall. I try to gain weight and cant. I finally said to hell with it. People just assume things about others and believe anything. Id love someone to day something to me about my husband using testosterone. They would hear shit they probably dont want to. Because of testosterone i have a jacked ass husband and omg the sex! Dude testosterone alone is a fame changer. Dont think i could handle him on more lol. Btw he is 55 and i just turned 43.
