Thank you Leland for these venue tours of many parts of our country and each showing a thread in the weave of our American fabric. Back in the late 60’s I lived rural northern Nevada and the nearest town Winnecucca was 45 minute drive away for supplies; rural Idaho was near by and parts of Idaho are some of most beautiful lands of western North America. But today parts of northern Idaho have demonstrated to be one of the most far right political views of any part of our nation. The extremism in Idaho State politics is worth a look to see how extreme anti-abortion, school board control, and christian nationalism might unfold with little restraint, and how it might appear nation wide if allowed. It seems politics will always surround the performing arts and writers, musicians, and artists of all stripes it will become in some way infused in their work made now. Art is always a winner, the last seconds of this video videoing another video videoing back is our paradigm. ☘

Artemis your words always paint a theme to a portrait and I appreciate reading them. Noticed with this video there seemed to be motion lights in some areas that I had a reaction with. I now know that is another part of my ‘quirkiness’ that just feels normal. I heard from Audrey a few videos ago and hope she made contact with yourself.☮️

@@steven_scattergood Good to hear from you Steven, and yes I did see that Audrey commented recently and that she is coping with the difficult weather. We still have not read anything from Randy who lives near or in Houston which has been hit hard with a loss of power with at one time 1.7 million homes and even more people than dwellings. The weather world wide should be a wake up call about climate change, but denial for some may be an easier escape than coming to an understanding of the current and continuing changes that are yet to arrive. Courage is always in short supply when needed. ‘I asked one of the men where they were going. @@artemisXsidecross That is a bit of a concern about Randy and I hope that all is okay. Other than news about Joe Biden and a moose loose on a highway l have seen the serious weather there. The quote you wrote reminds me of a song that will come to my mind eventually. I do seem to remember them from somewhere and it may also be something l have read. I currently am trying to replace a series of light reading by Douglas Adams titled The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy. I do remember the answer to the meaning of ‘life, the universe and everything’ being ‘42’. I tend to like some English authors that are a little peculiar and humorous.☮️

Hey lee. When I saw that sign on that piano I didn’t give it any thought until you said it but your right. Funny 😁 I can hear Willie talk all day long. Such a deep voice. Love it. That scaring Brad was cool but the one from two years ago. When you were standing beside him. Just a couple inches away. Still takes the crown. That one was amazing. Brad is the consummate sax player. He seems to be practicing scales. Ask him why and purpose of doing that particular exercise? The acoustics in the basement is awesome. Looks like a 1,000 person gig. Nice that Lyle includes smaller venues to people who would not otherwise get the chance to see him perform live. How is Maureen? and the boys? Remember to stay well and be safe.

Off topic. But Houston is on its way back. We were without power for four and a half days. Sweltering heat but we made it. Thank you center point for the electric tonight! It wasn’t fun I know some places have it worse but I’m so thankful to have air back on. I was getting confused I think wasn’t thinking sharp today heat does strange things. Thank you for the walk thru LeLand. Truly enjoy them all 🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️

As would be expected the labor and line crews making the repairs did an excellent job, but the executive and administrative planning of what needed to be done in such an emergency was a failure. As of 14:50 PDT on July 13, three quarters of a million households are without power. CenterPoint Power has been a failure in providing a most essential commodity. 👎

I wish I would have known you were going to be up there. Ketchum is only 75 miles North of where I live. I've attended live plays at that venue. I think the name of the place changes each year.
