Yea,, you could buy a cheaper mh for $16k,, but then they kill u with park fee of $1000 a month. I would never pay that. For what? water and trash? , Someone is making a lot of money off residents.

First time posting, just wondering what folks pay for home insurance for a trailer. Lot rent seems high. I live in Tucon, and most lot rents are not more than $600? I love this host, sexy too 😋

People don't understand 1 thing about mobile home lot rent prices. When you add a pool to the park the prices will skyrocket. And how often would you really use the pool? Best choice....no pool. I pay 435 in a nice are in West Central Florida. Lot rent was 360 years ago and now 435. Thats not a bad increase. Where i live a place sells relatively fast if priced right. But some people think that they can ask for a ridiculous amount. But because of the low lot rent they sell fast. And there are a few places in my area with lower lot rent. 675 isn't low lot rent .Thats crazy high. Im hoping not to see mine that high for 10 years.

Thank You for tuning in to my channel. When viewing the listing for Lot #31, scroll to the very bottom of the page. There is a Ph# at the very bottom for the Agent. And, yes, you're right. Many offices are not cooperative nor are the Agents. Most Agents do not reciprocate w/me nor do they allow me to show their Mobile Homes to Buyers that contact me. It's a complete disservice to Sellers and Buyers alike. And, they do not tell Sellers about Non Reciprocation when they list the home. Good Luck to You. Stay Well. Cheers. ☕️

When You Do These Videos - Do You Get Involved in the Selling Aspect? I Didn’t See Any Selling Realtor Info for 6250 Roosevelt Lot #31 Satellite Bay Clearwater .. I’d Like to Know the Best “Out the Door” Final Price {As They Sale When Purchasing a Car} if Cash in Hand is Paid Out. And I’d Find That Out Before Forking Out the $75.00 the Park Wants For an Application / Background Check Fee

In re: to Lot #31 scroll to the very bottom of the listing. The Agent's name and Ph # is listed there. And, you're right, some offices are not cooperative. Nor are Agents. Most do not Reciprocate with Agents outside of their offices. It's a disservice to both Sellers and Buyers and a disservice the Agent does not inform the Seller about when taking the listing.
