After your heart stops, you are still *consciously aware* of self. *The voice you read with in your head..* The part of you that hears that internal voice, and the ability to visualize things without sight are what remain. From what I experienced. Seeing without eyes, speaking without a mouth, and hearing without ears. There's definitely an "after". Death isn't the end all be all. What's next though? I don't know at all. Heaven? Hell? Self created eternity based on your mindstate? Like a never ending lucid dream? Reincarnation after a period of time or upon your choosing? Roaming a spirit side of this world endlessly? I have absolutely no idea. But when your heart stops, and you've transitioned beyond your body. Your story doesn't end there. Your mind transitions with you, so you remain aware. So my best advice for everyone living life is SHARPEN your mind everyday. Be calm, be peaceful, be cautious, and always try to grow and do the right thing. Your mind will grow and blossom into a beautiful thing, and when the time comes to shed your body and go on. Why not emerge as ready as possible?
