I just have to say, I make bone broth biweekly and it’s actually quite easy. Buy an insta pot, fill with bones then water. 1tbsp ACV, 1TBSP fish sauce. Put it on for 2hours. Done. Strain into mason jars. It’s liquid gold.

I just discovered the Bumble & Bumble Pure Clay Detox shampoo. It really cleanses your scalp and prepares it for a second eash and condition. My hubby is a big proponent of its use, but learned the one he was using had high glysophate levels when it was tested.
