I make the cold cucumber tomato salad but I use green peppers too. Hull out and slice like canoes. I also use rice vinegar, sugar and vegetable oil over stove until sugar is melted. Pour over and refrigerate one day before.

Southerners use kraft mayo, celery, onion, boiled white eggs, sweet relish, celery salt and S&P. Mix with appropriate elbow macaroni. In this area of the south, vinegar is just a preference. Some like their Cole slaw that way but most around here love mayo base with boiled and diced white eggs . Great video for folks that can eat spices, cilantro, lime, hot sauce, jalapeños ... I have a sensitive palette and hard to find less spices now days. Thanks again.

No. The eggs are hard boiled. When the eggs are hard boiled the outside of the yoke is a slate grey colour. Also, remember that the colour on your screen will always be different to real life.
