while researching the k1C model, came across your video. Very clever editing and very interesting additions with good logical explanations and references. I would get rod of the fan opening on 3of 4 sides and only leave them in the front, in my opinion, all four sides is an overkill and potential for heat loss. Seeing the tools you use also makes good sense for me to get something similar. This will be my first 3D printer and your video (along with few others) definitely sways me to k1c model. Keep up the good work

I just unboxed the K1SE. So freaking excited. Can’t wait to get my upgrades on. First CoreXY. First printer that is made by someone that is actually recognizaable (Ok my Sovol SV05 was kinda) and more than anything as an IT geek, one that will join my network. Hi, how about to improve the fan of the powersupply - at my printer it is the loudest part at all - especially when you print at night. So an upgrade here to a super silent fan would be great. By the way your videos are awesome.

This is an awesome video, I have had alot of these problems with my preorder K1 and will be implementing most of these upgrades. I would be really curious to see how the printed extruder compares to the newer creality model (i ordered the new one but plan on making the printed one out of my old extruder as a backup or for another build). I also used the same clip for the bowden mount but i found the ptfe cable went to high up and I heated it with a lighter (or heat gun) and let it bend down a few degrees to make an easier transition to the bowden tube running on top of the chain link with clips.

Une très belle vidéo . Mais je pense un truc : elle a finalement imprimée toutes les pièces qui lui fallait , donc elle marche bien . En plus il dois avoir fait pas mon de 50h de print juste pour l’améliorer ? J’ai la k1 max avec le nouvel extruder . Je n’ai amélioré que le dessus pour l’aération . La nouvelle buse arrive bientôt . Mais après 100 h toujours pas de soucis à part le bouchage que j’ai eut ( pla normal a grande vitesse et la chaleur qui est remonter trop haut .)

Ah. I see the issue. For anyone else with a newer K1, you need the K1c files. I guess they put all the new K1s in the K1c cabinet now.

fun fact i own the exactly the same printer but i can't get it to last more then one print without clogging or destroying something, since i've bought it i've managed to complete 12 prints and that took 2 hot ends, 8 clogs, 1 fan and i've just about given up on it ive had 2 enders and they work fantastic so i decided to try k1 but holy shit its a troubleshooting magnet its 4 problems 1 print each time and in not even doing demanding things, the things he printed in this video are way harder than what i've managed with my k1 and im genuinely shocked that his actually produced the items and bet your ass that creality will not answer you once you've bought yours
