My cat has two scratching posts but prefers the mesh office chair and the kitchen carpet, lol. She has several lounging spots in her room, including the cat tree and window sill, and in the den and kitchen. Now that it's getting colder (tho' the thermostat is usually set at 80 or over, overnight), I've put homemade blankets and homemade pillow blankets (not enough stuffing to be a pillow but thicker than the average quilt/blanket filling) everywhere she sits/lays, including the tunnel. She doesn't like to lay under blankets/pillow blankets, but will lay against them.
