Got the job offer!! Rewatched your videos last couple of weeks before the interview with a resort. Followed all your advice to apply for Customer Service. The interviewer loved my passion and energy. Despite not having the qualified experience, they sense potential for me to be trained thanks to answering all questions and explaining myself professionally. I will say Richard does well in his craft and the best of yourself will be shown if you follow the advice he gives in his videos
