I have been a Carpenter and MMA Fighter most of my life, I recently broke my femur and back so started dabbling in different things. One thing I found I'm NOT good at is Soldering. The question I have is not about Soldering but electricity. What is the thing called you used to slow down the fan with the Sanding paper on it? Can I use a regular dimmer switch to do this. I am in the US, So I know from other videos the Voltage is different in other countries, or where I could buy a reliable, but fairly cheap one. Thanks

heat shrink tubing (at least that's what Google translator says when I try to translate "koszulka termokurczliwa" :) ), you can buy them in many different sizes, they are mostly used to protect wires connections.
