I came to the comments to say that he better be in the top 10 after last year. Should've been DPOY easily with the 14.5 sacks, 90 tackles, the 24 TFLs, the pressures, the QB hits, the Safety. He's disruptive as anybody has ever been against the run and the pass, and never misses games and never leaves the field. He was the only player last year in the whole league to play when he was listed as Doubtful. In fact, Week 8 of 2020 was the last time anybody else did it.

Crosby's first season, I was impressed by his motor. Last season ,I was blown away by his motor and technique. Dude has been taking huge leaps every season. A good DT that can push the pocket will make those QB hits into monster sacks.

Hardest worker in the league. There are a lot of guys blessed with better physical tools, but Maxx just outworks all of them. He may end up replacing Howie as my favorite Raider of all time when its all said and done.

With the way Crosby plays, I still find it hard to believe he had to wait till the 4th round before his name was called. Not only that, but he played a whole lot better than the 1st player the Raiders picked that year: edge rusher Clelin Ferrell. Ferrell is now an afterthought and no longer on the Raiders depth chart, while Crosby just got a pay bump.
