how to do Gaussian blur without using the inbuilt library functions ?

Basically you can initialize a kernel then apply it around and sum the values. Kindly go through my vignette effect video in the same series and you will understand the concept of gaussian filters.

there no way processing digital images without deep learning models because digital image processing are from convolutional neural network (CNN) in deep learning.
