You saved my life, thank you. My experiment was uncessfull because I didn't set ammeter to microammeter and couldn't measure the reverse biased values for PN- junction diode. Now I realized if I want to measure it for millimeter I have to use a Zener diode or just change the millimeter.

Better to use 20volt or 2volt DC voltmeter so changes of small voltage we see
