I think I’d have a walk in the shower on the left, basin and toilet on the right with the basin closest to the window, I’d have a sliding door on the inside sliding to the right beside the toilet.

Ah thanks for showing the beams and soffits that was good of you! We have similar in steel frame buildings like schools and offices in the uk, the shear studs are welded on, the soffit planks are concrete and then a structural topping is added. Never in domestic buildings though, but we don’t have earthquakes either so there’s not so much need for shear zones.

For the small bathroom: there are very compact combinations of a small sink above a commode or toilet. Then it allows a roomier corner shower with sink/toilet and door at left or right wall??? Best luck!

We want to avoid that but to be honest we didn’t check it properly yet, maybe there is something we would like🙂

Layout seems ok, and positive surprise that bathroom door is opening out! But as used to our nordic bathrooms, why not have a drain in floor?
