I saw in a dentist's video that we should floss before brushing the teeth, so that together with food remains we take out the bacteria that builds up between teeth during the day. This way we remove move stuff when brushing and we avoid having the bacteria casually hanging out in our mouth after flossing.

Coffee helps me emotionally, it doesn’t really wake me up it just puts me in a good mood to go to work. Sometimes it does wake up me tho. No way I am waiting for 3 hours. I am just not going get up.
I learned about the nose holding one the hard way. My gran INSISTED on it when she was raising me, so I always held it in. Then I ended up in the ER with a ruptured ear drum. The doctor gave her a very satisfying (for me) lecture and Grandma felt so guilty she took me out for ice cream. Fun times.

Something that I find helpful is to make the water a little too hot and then slowly lower the temp until its cold enough that I want to turn it off and get out lol otherwise I'm too cold to get out of the warm shower. Not to mention, cold water on your hair prevents dry scalp/dandruff

I do the same thing as Shairy. Start out nice and warm til I'm toasty. Then lower the temp slowly. The cool water feels refreshing by the end. I don't sweat buckets afterward that way, too.

I have been to places where they have taken the paper towels out and you don't get a choice. Although there are still places that have both the hand dryer and the paper towels.

I do only one of these things wrong, and only by choice; I know about blue light and the effects it has on the body and eyes. The only reason I don't hold myself accountable is the fact that for me, it does not matter if I am tired or not. When my environment during the day calls for more alertness, I make sure to leave all of my technology outside my room in a safe place. Like I said via inferential information, I vary my day-to-day routines based on necessity, not just choice.

You can floss first - it doesn't matter before or after. I recommend to floss first so you don't forget to floss after you brush.

a lot of soap products no longer contain Triclosan. I remember hearing about the dangers of it back in the mid 2000's and since then, I've seen a great decrease of that substance in soap products.

I have a tendency to defrost meats, chicken, etc. In my stainless steel sink for hours or overnight, thinking that perhaps the sink will remain cold or cool enough to defrost without harm. Also, my first cup of organic coffee as soon as it is ready. :)

I believe the #2 habit is not completely explained and that makes it a bit wrong. A lot of hand dryers nowadays have an UV light emitter which is disinfecting the area the UV light is directed.
