My friend and I have been shooting down in Reidsville NC these past few weeks and I can attest to the difficulties in cold weather shooting. But you sir are a dedicated shooter!! 27° and snow!! He has been using the faster speed Lapua Center-X and getting good results with a CZ 457 MTR and I use Elley Semi-Auto Precision Bench Rest with a Tikka T1x UPR.

Nice shooting. I shoot a lot of the CCI . I have never shot any of the center x. Thanks for the video.

For me CCI SV is a great practice and informal target round. Center-X is several steps above. I like them both, but use in different circumstances.

When i try to run sv threw my v22 i have a heck of a time closing the bolt. Do you have the same problem or did you have them chamber it differently?

I've not had any problem with SV. However, I've found SK Standard Plus fails to eject completely about 1/2 or 1/3 times. All other SK and Lapua no problem. So it must be a factor of the 'match' type chamber being a little picky with ammunition specifics (?).
