I love that he works on his mental game. He reminds me of my son at 17 (last year) would get up 5;30 walk to school, class president, editor of the year book, speaks 3 languages, play several musical instruments, and plays soccer and basketball. He is busy until 10-11pm and he likes it that way. 😯

Make certain that both eyes are seeing the rim during your jump shot. Depth of perception is needed if you want more consistent baskets (i.e. Larry Bird).

A really great example of when you raise your kids right. Notice how the trainer said he didn't have to teach the work ethic, it was already taught him from his parents. His parents worked hard, set an example for him, and sacrificed to make their ceiling his floor.
