I also use the bee pollen immunity spray, and use it liberally in the morning but I've had mine for so long. You have a full refill in most hauls so I just think it's funny and kinda curious but I hope it's not rude to ask. You prob give them to friends

I kinda think Natasha overdoes the immunity supplements. Although they're great, it's good to let our immune system to do it's own job. Just my opinion.

IKEA also sells a Swedish sweet mustard dill sauce in their food section which I've been buying. It's great on salmon, both smoked and fresh. i just bought TJ's version so will do a tasting comparison.

Dark Russets are my favorite, but we haven't had them in years (Utah).
