175. Self-Sabotage Workshop: Weave Your Success Story

In this impromptu and rather rambly workshop, I talk about how to discover the root causes for your self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviours, what to do when you've unearthed them and how to shake off the limiting beliefs which are holding you back. Learn about deconditioning, creating your conscious identity and filling 'the empty space' which you may experience after such intense work. I also talk a little about time perspective awareness and a few more of the ideas in my toolkit. :) I hope it's helpful.
