177 - Willow Park Fishery, A Red Letter Session + Competition(closed)

Hellooooo, For this video ive come to willow for fishery for my 1st ever session here. Nick one of the on site bailiffs advised me to go in one of the better known swims so thats what i did - the pig pen!! Little did i know that by the end of my session i will have had a red letter session and banked some of the best looking mirrors ive ever caught!! its safe to say i will be making many return trips to this venue.

As usual a cracking watch. I have had the same fail with the Bag Stems, and it did put me off for a good while. But they are a good way to fish bags without a leader. I'll estimate 14lb 4oz.

Helloooooo carpy friend! I think that fish was 15lb 2oz! You did the same as i did when i fished monument. Tom was on dry land with the net. I was in the water up to my dangly doolies landing a scrapper 30lb, only to realise it was foul hooked. aaaaarrrrr....

Wow that is some viewing mate. Thanks!! The glove is just one i nicked from work. The palm side is rubberized so it makes a good finger stall. When it wears out i just nick another set from work lol.
