Yes the 2 bedroom 2.5 bath are $177,000 the 3 bedrooms are starting in the $210,000 range.

Hello Andreas! The lots are all the same size and unfortunately they don’t qualify for confotur. HOA is $200 per month. Sosua ocean village has confotur and their lots start at $65,000.

All prices are gringo prices. Everything is inflated. If you pay in pesos they charge more so when they exchange peso’s for American dollars. They still make even more money.

in the tourist zones all prices are in USD. $177,000 is not overpriced for these units. Not sure why you think construction materials and lots in gated communities (5 minute walk to the beach) would be so much less because we are in the Dominican Republic. If anything many items have to be imported. But clearly not for you 🤷‍♀️
