WOW! Bed-Stuy has come a long way. I attended Pratt Institute in the late 60s, right on the edge of Bed-Stuy. It was considered so dangerous the school advised us to stay away. The first day in the school dorm, my roommate went out for a jog under the Myrtle El and came back in a police car with a bloody nose. Now they have Bosch appliances!

This is my neighborhood I grew up a block over from here my first boyfriend was on this block - his mother still lives in a brownstone on this block - she rents out her top floors and lives on the bottom 2 - I love this 🎉

We started our married life in one bedroom brown stone apartment in Brooklyn in 1974. The garden level of this townhouse reminds me of our first home. But it wasn’t this nice. Now that we are two retirees, I can see us living in this garden level apartment. Perfect.

I loved EVERYTHING about this brownstone. That includes the open floor plan, the large bedrooms, beautiful kitchen, deck and the lower level entertainment spaces. Absolutely my dream brownstone! If I had to find something I would change it would be the spindles on the staircase to black wrought iron. It speaks traditional to me and I love contemporary/modern.

Being born & raised in Brooklyn, NY - I often wonder about the people that own these homes previously and didn't have enough sense to see the beauty it had, if only they had the knowledge and credit to rehab it themselves!! Ah dam...I inherited my Brooklyn home before my parents' death!! I'll never sell it!!

Many gorgeous Brownstones in Brooklyn were neglected, back in the mid to late eighties then realtors finally realize these homes with their style would bring in a fortune if renovated internally. These homes being the cream of the pot were brought back to life in the early nineties which depending on location would cost 1.2 million, now unless your a wealthy person they can cost 3.5 to 8.5 million. A diamond in the rough absolutely gorgeous.

As a native born New Yorker from the Bronx? I remember back in the 70s the Brownstone my father had and we lived in. Plus many other friends and a few family members that also lived in apartments that were in the old Brownstone buildings back then . The B&W tile flooring in the main floor and the stairwells . I also know there are also some areas in the Boston area that also have these incredible homes too. Thanks for sharing . This certainly brings back fond memories. Whenever I win the lottery ? Hopefully before I pass away? I will win the lottery and move back east to either N.Y.C. or Boston and get me one of these beautiful homes to live in . I'm a 66 year old guy again thanks so much for bringing back some memories but also showing this beautifully restored home to its magnificent style here . Grazie

Oh baby..... the view of this brownstone is going to be spectacular when the leaves start falling off. Brownstones always been the cream of the crop. People just started noticing in the 2000s and now, we probably couldn't sneak a peek at one without becoming broke. 😂 Beautiful home!

Very nice! Each room has it's own bathroom. I wish it was staged so you could see how to make use of all the space. Also an elevator would just top it off! The negative is no bathroom on the main floor or upstairs hallway.

Really like the Brownstone. Nice neutral finishes and awesome views from the roof deck. I didn’t see a washroom on the parlor level. My knees would never let me have this type of house, but it is beautiful.

I have never seen such a beautiful home before in my life. This home can literally house mom, dad, kids & grandparents comfortably. What an absolutely breathtaking home. Imagine it fully furnished and designed..😍. Kudos to the camera person for seemless pans. The videography work is so professional. There's not a thing that was not showcased. Based solely on this video, I'd buy this property yesterday already. I do wish that we could have seen more of the cellar level. Full disclosure: This is WAY above my pay grade. That said, what an absolute STUNNER of a property!! Kudos to the design team. This brownstone would certainly be a dream home if I ever win the lottery! The attention to details is wonderful. I can imagine a family with kids & pets living here & loving it. If it was mine, I'd live on the upper floors & have the garden level bedroom as a guest suite. My only qualm is the patio doors. Don't you folks get bugs in Brooklyn? I live on the NY/PA border. If I had doors like that, every creeping, crawling, flying bug in a 20 mile radius would be in the house & who wants THAT? Not me that's for sure. Otherwise, this is a simply gorgeous property.
