What is the wire attached to the media bin sliding cover assembly? Doesn’t seem like it’s connected to anything in there but just attached to hold it there.

Does it automatically turn off when you shutdown the truck or does it stay on or do you have to manually turn it on and off with the button?

It stays on, as it powered by the outlet connector. But, I haven’t noticed if it turns off after awhile. If anything the fuse would go out. Which can be replaceable.

They’re probably being shipped from over seas. This only works for 18s as the 15-17 have the keyfob holder in that spot.
