If you microwave soap base for 15 minutes it will burn away to nothing. It takes about 2 x30 second blasts to melt that much. Also, good colouring will dye the skin. You need to use soap colouring or cosmetic grade mica to colour.

Wendy Herbert food coloring will only dye the skin if you add to much to the soap. Food coloring is a good alternative if you don’t have said mica color or soap coloring. Edit: also, the main reasons for not using food coloring is only for cosmetic reasons (fading of colors, two tones colors tend to bleed into each other, and morphing of where the color has been poured in the soap) sometimes mica powders and approved color ants can stain your fingers. Me and my friend from school bought this soap making kit with certified cosmetic grade coloring, and yet it stained his and my hand.

@@a.ntss___ NO... IT IS NOT a good alternative to soap coloring or for ANY skin care product. It's heavily concentrated and is NOT formulated to be mixed with ANY skin care product..

How can u make soap without adding g soap base. In one of the the soap the Ingredients u used are just coconut oil, beeswax shea butter but no soap base. Also please provide the measures of every ingredient
