Thank you Harry! Next day after I watched this lesson I heard the "at the end of the day" expression. If I hadn't watched this lesson I definitely would have thought that it was about the particular time. But now I know that these words are not about particular time.

Hi Harry, your lessons are definitely useful and help me expand my vocabulary. In this video, I was wondering if the idiom "bite the bullet" is similar to another one "grit your teeth"? Is there a difference between them? Thank you for your explanation in advance!

They're similar but not exactly the same. "Grit your teeth" is more about physically clenching your teeth rather than confronting a difficult situation directly.
