Your Deutsche ist sehr gute. Meine, nicht so viel. Very good for an American, I see you have a German keyboard as well.. I was detached from 32nd Signal in Frankfurt to HHC 8th Signal from Dec 82 til Jul 85. I really enjoyed living in BK as opposed to Frankfurt. The people were much more friendly and I made a lot of friends there. I went back in 96 for a visit. My ex in laws lived in Bretzenheim, they were great people. They were gracious and put me up for 3 nights even though I had been divorced from their daughter for several years. Hugo told me 'Even though you are not married to Elke anymore, you will always be my son'. Great people.

@@lyndonpack8048 As much as I liked Germany, it''s unlikely I'll ever return because of the cost and the political situation. Of course, I still have my precious memories.

Was stationed there from 1995-98. USAF 717th Air Support Operations Squadron, as part of the US Army 1st Armored Division. I will never forget how beautiful Bad Kreuznach and Germany was. A lot of fond memories of the people who live there, and the friends I made there. Deutschland ist Schon...

Wow, that's nice, we lived in BK during the 80's as I was a helicopter pilot for the US Army, I recognized a lot of the scenes such as Rose Barracks, Krankenhaus and Kindergarten and the Kurhaus. The streets seem so narrow compared to ours in central US.. Kudo's to the technical skills used to put the two videos together, a lot of work I'm sure, thanks a lot. We miss a lot of BK since we lived on the economy, the Jahrmark, bicycle trails and of course the walk strasse with all the department stores.

Thank you for another unique video from Bad Kreuznach. I have fond memories of the years 1966-69 when I was an American soldier stationed at Rose Barracks. Your city will always have a special place in my heart. The many citizens of your city that I had the pleasure to meet were always helpful and considerate of the fact that I was a soldier trying to do my best for my country and, at that time, doing my best to save Germany from communism. Keep up the fine work my friend.

And if anyone wants me to translate all this, I can ~ xoxo
