The main problem I have with using this particularly with the gong (know it like the back of my hand you could say 😂), there's 50+ suburbs down here ranging from medians of $3 mill in the far Northern suburbs to $650-$700 for some of the lesser desired parts so a median of $1.2 mill may represent the postcode 2500 which is Wollongong CBD maybe 🤷 The "smaller" regions like you're Wagga yep you can probably do a decent analysis
