Can we use art 142 in constitutionally guaranteed judicial independence?

Hi Neeraj, Judicial Independence is both implicit and explicitly provided in the constitution. The subject matter in 142 allows judiciary to pass a decree to do complete justice, you can rather use Art 50

According to my view the tone of the question relating to the context of recent dispute between vice president and Judiciary should also have been mentioned. This is the demand which the question is talking about when it says constitutionally guaranteed judicial independence. Rest was good

Hi Dipak, yes you are right, avoided specifically pointing out this incident as the tussle with judiciary has been prominent right after the NJAC judgement, if you want you can include Vice President reference in your answer in a balanced way. Keep writing
