for those who are struggling with scientific calculators: formala is (1 / 1.12) power n n means year like first , second, third and so on it goes like this (1 / 1.12) power 1 = 0.893 (1 / 1.12) power 2 = 0.797 (1 / 1.12) power 3 = 7.12 hope it helps
