Calculating IRR can b most convenient nd generally accurate choice when you just the cash inflows or Outflows from the project.IRR is a special rate at which present value of all cash outflows equal present value of all cash inflows.IRR is not easy to calculate manually and it is recommended to use financial calculators or spreadsheets to calculate this.Useful lecture as a management professional in my opinion.Thanx for excellent lecture.👍

Actually mam,we have printed note that shows the present value at 1% to 20%. But you calculate present value it is diffrent from that. In first case you got . 9001 but in our note its .901, i think it is not a issue in changing present value. But i got positive value after doing NPV

You have caluclate if the next PV factors is not displayed For example: PV@10% (10÷100=0.1) We can caluclate as :- 1+0.1 and press ÷ button for 2 times you get 1.1 and left side upper display show "K" and then you press = symbol for 2 times you will get the answer 0.909 for next year PV factor press = you will get 0.826 and press = for how much years you want know the PV Factor.
