According to the data, housing sales are estimated to decline marginally to 1,19,901 units in the April-June quarter. In the same period a year ago, 1,21,856 houses were sold. Housing sales in Mumbai are estimated to decline marginally to 13,032 units from 13,219 units. However, sales of residential properties in the Delhi-NCR market are estimated to increase to 10,198 units during April-June this year. The figure stood at 9,635 units in the year-ago period.
