Thank you for this video. It’s very helpful having a dark silhouette contrasting against a light background when you are following on your iPad several feet away. This is the only video I’ve seen that does this.

Thank you for this lovely qigong video in the Italian Alps. Is the short version considered as effective as the longer version? It certainly is a good way to get your Shibashi set in when running short on time.

Thank you for your comment. The longer version is best if you have time but if time is limited, this short version is a beneficial alternative. It can also feel beautifully flowing and dynamic to me.
