I’ve been a practitioner of TCM for 20 years, your podcast is extremely helpful, I am really enjoying listening , while at the same time, revising my TCM theory, keep it up, love it, I would have loved to have this when I was studying TCM😊

Clara, thanks a lot for your excellent, helpful podcasts as this one. I enjoy them beside your books. In my opinion a list of the 15 points would be useful acompaning the podcast. May be you think we should take care, learn better and remember the points for ourself without written points? Though I got them that way a picture with the written points could be helpful for a control. May be there is a list anywhere I did not find? Everything is acceptable for me. Thank you Clara! Inga from Germany ❤

You seem friendly and as person who can think and analyze. But I think you should also have video as you are positive, active person and it can also motivate listeners(I like this way too, but I already watched videos), unless is too tiring for you-just suggestion
