If you want to convert lever to a button 1. Put the observer looking at the lever 2. Connect the output to a pulse extender And you have your self a button

I was searching for a piston extender and I finally found what i needed thanks to this vid
@scottwilliams8463 жыл бұрын
My brother plays Minecraft a bunch but sucks at building and redstone. He has also recently gotten into the Fallout series. I wanted to make a vault-tec style door for him. No, I don't want to use observers or slime blocks, and no, I don't care if it's not compact as long as you can step through. I just care that it opens to one side. I was going to try using two sets of three triple piston extenders, one for each side.

Amazing vid man. I've been looking for a 3 piston extender that uses a 4 tick repeater as an input and your vid made it for me thx so much (been working on a 5x5 door)

Then you have me, an amature in redstone. It took me like 2 and a half hours to build one and it fits inside probably an 8x8 or 7x7 format for the bottom of it. It's my first one though and I hope to get a lot better
@PhantomKING1133 жыл бұрын
9:50 Thank you so much! I was looking for this and didn't find it, untill I decided to go on KZbin. This is the exact thing I needed! I am making a pretty simple door compared to what you talk about here, but I still needed a triple piston extender to get it to work, and this is so nice and compact! It's actually one block more compact than it needed to be xd, so 11/10. Will save this video somewhere in case I ever need these designs again... and also, I'm subbing...
@abonnetoibordel4 ай бұрын
Merci, c'est bien le seul compact et qui marche en laissant le block en l'air que j'ai trouvé !

the first one may have 3 pistons, but it extends only 2 blocks, small, but USELESS. the rest are oversize, not worth having incorporated anywhere.

I would but they're not very useful the only time you get into 4+ extenders are with 5x5 doors and the entire door itself is a quad extender pretty much

I enjoyed the video overall, but was a little annoyed by the word 'type' :P Like you did show a couple of obvious types, with clear characterizations, but not all were clear types. Like number 2 and 3 are basically just alternative versions of the same type. I suppose you could always come up with very specific characterizations in order to claim these are all different types, but since you didn't explicitly mention those, I don't think it's justified. Anyhow, doesn't really affect the video itself, content was nice! :) I might just be a little oversensitive about usage of terminology :P
