You can let the blade touch your skin but don’t use push too hard. I recommend you to use it while being in hot shower because this way your skin will be a bit more loose thus it allows you to have more control over as to where you are using the grooming tool!

It arrived yesterday and i tried it instantly. I think it‘s a pretty good razor for down there but im a little bit disappointed that i can‘t really shave the hair down to your skin but only shorten it to a degree.

@@Jonah680 Yess it arrived! I know what you mean, this is due to the skin safe technology to prevent cuts.. If you want to get a closer trim, I recommend to use hot water to open up the pores first and then stretch your skin while trimming that section 💪🏻

Not sure why this product doesn't have lots if reviews on KZbin , however , from my experience I would say no trimmer is safe downstairs without a guard , since meridian doesn't come with a guard I imagine it has bigger chances than Manscaped of causing cuts and nicks!!

@@blacksama3637 Well, it is safer than I would have thought. I'm a clumsy person and it's really nice that I don't get cut. It gives you a lot of confidence and comfort about your hygiene and look of your body. It's smooth and safe and has a really long battery life. Cleaning it up is a bit annoying cuz hair gets stuck but it's fine. I felt it was an intuitive experience and that's all that is important. I highly recommend!

For everyone that's wondering. Any trimmer will cut your balls. No one is exempt from being careful no matter what trimmer you're using. I actually had a very old Philips that didn't cut skin even with contact. But these are not made anymore. Every company is now focusing on precision.
