That movie snack looked delicious, what's in it? When motoring why don't you put up the mainsail? Just sheet it in tight and you'll have way less roll. Heck you have a Ketch, just doing that with the mizzen might be enough.

Chris’s famous pulled pork nachos! We often do put up our mainsail, I can’t recall why we didn’t that leg… but it is an excellent solution for stability
