Been to a lot of race tracks in my time I've seen cars drop the back tire and some cars totally fall off some people keep the winch attached to the front of the car until the car is on the ground but definitely wheel chocks

You brought back great memories from my first time down the track in a 12 sec car. I was so nervous my knees were literally shaking after the burnout. I think I was 16 or 17 years old. Fast forward 30 years and now in a 8 sec car going 147 mph on the motor and felt scared all over again. Good times !!!
