1870 A greener Belgian made 12 gauge shot gun

This is a Belgian made 12 ga. It is steel twist bbl., but it has proof marks for smokeless powder. the decision was made to use black powder only. The chambers are 2.5 and a custom trim on a 2.75 shell is required. This is a nice gun that was sold to a working class market back in the 1870s. The shooter has much experience with shot guns and this was the first time it was fired off hand other then reproof testing.
