I'm a college student. I didn't really put much thought into the different schools of economics before 2020 or so, and was always confused in economics classes because the theory and the application never aligned in the real world or in government. But now, I suppose that's just another reason why Keynesianism is hot garbage. Everything made sense when I learned about the Austrian school.

I think I'm gonna use this book to refresh/correct the economics i learned in college.

Im.very excited to start this book. I got this on christmas 2023. I started learning about bitcoin and really liked it from the surface (late 2021). Eventually i ended up getting the bitcoin standard book. I am no reader at all. It took me a months to finish soley because reading has never been my thing. But none the less i kept reading and buying more books with the hopes of reading them all. finsished the bitcoin standard and i did like it. I started the fiat standard less than a month ago and im more than half way done. Its by far my favourote tool ive ever used to educate myself. I love the book, And i have no problems grasping what you talk about and the books really speak to me like nothing else has be able to do

Is it really necessary to get personal, calling Keynes a child rapist? His economics is bad, but the other fact has nothing to do with that fact.
@fusion9619 Жыл бұрын
Yes, it absolutely is necessary. They never mention that fact in university (bachelor's in econ here), and it's important to understand what kinds of people promote statism and organized crime, because oftentimes there's a theme (mental disease).
@l.h.tnguyen4916 Жыл бұрын
@@fusion9619 Wrong, it is not necessary (Masters in econ here). It has no relevance to him being wrong on econ. The world pretty much uses his principles, therefore they are all child molesters or mentally ill? Your logic needs work.

@@l.h.tnguyen4916 two economists meet and instantly disagree. That's unusual... haha. Congrats on your MA - I know that took some work. (I edited this because I didn't like the way I spoke before. I still think it's an important thing to talk about because it's a matter of judgement and Keynes' judgement has detrimentally affected almost everyone on Earth. Patterns should be recognized)

Keynes had very little morality. Fiat debases our morality. Broken money, broken world.
@Mahmood42978 Жыл бұрын
Dr. Ammous, come on, putting in "English child rapist James Maynard Keynes" is very unprofessional. There's no correlation between moral failings and his economic theories and vice versa.
