i know history and the origin of name of Dr. Ludwig is King Ludwig the second and he was the king of Germany i think

Before 1871, Germany was never really unified so there was also no king. But there was the Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire (HRO), however this was not a very unified state but rather a weak union of kingdoms, duchies and other small noble states. So what you mean is King Ludwig II of Bavaria.
