It makes me really happy when I see people making stuff not to appeal to a broad audience but instead to represent the things they truly love. Passion projects are my fave.

A. Bravo, as a theatre major with a heavy zeal for musical theatre, I had never considered an overlap strong enough to incorporate strategies to double tap NYC in song form. B. Complete non-sequitur, but I saw, near your 18XX collection, Rolling Stock. As a game I've literally never seen another person proudly display before, I ask you... is it actually good, or is my group just terrible at it/doing it wrong? One of the few PnP games I've made, I and another friend continue to debate there's probably a really interesting game in that stock game, but we cannot to this day figure out how to... appreciate it.
@ambierona5 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I think Rolling Stock is good! It's actually my husband's favorite game and he's played it a lot more than me, so he knows a lot of the depth in the game. A lot of it is in planning exactly how you're going to use every last dollar, so you decide when to issue shares, how many dividends to pay, etc. based on how you can use that money that you'll get. If you like watching live plays, we actually streamed a live game yesterday: kzbin.info/www/bejne/in3Yc5ysbdGCotk My husband also made a site where you can play it online (www.rollingstock.net/) which helps a lot with the bookkeeping/math.
