the appointment of interim premier was this time not proposed by any main stream party even the announcement was surprising for them ,which show that external card was used.this highlights that 18th amendment has some loop holes.the solution according to my perspective is the inclusion of CM's in the proposing junta along with the PM and Leader of the opposition .Moreover the candidates should have spend at least two tenures in the lower house and must be among the Independent members of parliament .this would stop the involvement of external forces to a greater extent.

The subsidy caucus is quite debatable , as most of the industries are located in Punjab, huge transportation lies in Punjab and sindh, and they already considered the revenues of these industries and transportation in their provincial revenues . Ishaq dar suggestion need to be amended in a way that the subsidy burden should have been divided based on the petroleum demands of the provinces.But again Punjab would not be ready to agree.
