Concept and design is awesome for a house with small carpet area.good to see good ventilated house. Only thing I feel should be avoided is separate dressing rooms. When rooms are already small, wall partitions eat up the space and make it look more smaller.instead more wardrobes could have been added. How about adding sliders instead of normal doors. Overall an intelligent design 👍

dear admine make sure one thing jo aapke samjh nahi aa raha hai. aor ishliye janta aap pe dhyan nahi deti. kisi bhi city ki posh colony me 100 ya 150 gug ke plot mushkil hote hai. vanha pe aapka map theek hai aor construction lagat bhi. vanha pe paisa lagana acha lagta hai. par 99% percentage jo achi location hoti hai. vanha pe generally 100 guj 30 lakh ka aa jata hai. to ushme 30 se 40 lakh kaise lagaye aor kon home loan dega? to acha hai ki 2 category me kam kare ak 20 lakh ke aas pas and second 30 se 40 lakh. usse aage jamin ke hisab se ho sakta hai
