Now this is a beautiful home. It is pure Luxury, yet comfortable and modest. I also loved how they are not afraid of color. Some homes are nothing but pure white everywhere. The Kitchen was awesome. The bedrooms were decorated very nicely, not too fancy. The Pool area was so welcoming with the addtion of trees and plants to make it more serene and priviate. I see Georgia has alot of beautiful homes. Too bad it is so brutally hot for me to live there.

You know I can be very opinionated about house showing but know what? Girl you did the damn thing!! I absolutely LOVE and ADORE this house I would sign the papers IMMEDIATELY because I know exactly what I’m looking at!! One reason among many of why I love this property is because, normally in any house the primary suite is the only large and grand room the other’s get smaller and smaller but, imagine my surprise seeing All ten bedrooms are actually true mansion size you can’t beat that!! The whole property looks like an ocean front resort. Anything else that may not be someone’s particular style or taste is a minor décor decision but for me it’s on point not to mention the color red makes a bold statement of wealth and elegance it’s a power color, it does wonders inside and outside of that house hold it for me I’d take it.. I totally get this house it’s talking to me lol..

Yo this is legitimately my favorite house that you've ever posted I literally have a playlist of all my favorite house tours and this is definitely up there I will admit I love the style of the infrastructure in the architectural magnificence and I love the fireplaces I feel like it's way better than the modern futuristic chaoticness because like this is so beautiful and awesome I love the ceiling in the kitchen that was very unique I wonder what kind of ceiling that is and I love the primary because it had multiple makeup stations which is friendly for girls that is couples and in the LGBT that live together I have a girlfriend and we both love each other and we both kind of do makeup stuff a little bit so it makes sense

All I can say is WOW!!! In this home I would definitely know how the other half lives. My imagination, thus far unfortunately 😮don't take me too this level although I'm still a work in progress. Ok, at first, the house looked beautiful but there are so many things that haven’t been quite thought through: The office - where is the door to make it really “private”? Formal Dining room for 6 people? HUGE miss! LoVE the kitchen though! Game room? Come on now… The grill outside needs some shade over it for Atlanta hot summers and a mist from the top, perhaps Love the grass area by the pool, my son said he would play football there (soccer in America) Why salt water pool though? Anyone care to explain other than because it’s bourgie? Movie theater - immediate remodeling Grand ballroom? What’s grand about it? But it’s a cool space if break the wall to where the bar is and have concerts there when inviting people over. Gym - why do you need sofas there? Immediate redesign! Put a glass wall, have some weights, yoga space, and need sauna or a steam room! That house has so much space for all of that! Master suite was underwhelming given the size of other bedrooms in the house. Yes, bathroom was great but tile everywhere? It better have heated floors so you can walk around barefoot in the middle of the night. Now let’s talk about how horrible it is to have bedrooms over garages… so i come home late at night, open garage door and whoever stays in that room hears it all - not a great place for bedrooms, hence they didn’t have beds there. Noticed that? Nobody would stay there… The catwalk - too narrow and scary. So it’s just a visual for the entrance, not practical at all… Great ideas, but perhaps poor execution. I’d still buy it but would put couple more millions to redesign it to make it livable

Looking at the comments I guess Im the only one that thinks this looks like a dated casino? Very elegant but crazy dated in design, especially the fake columns and mantels everywhere looks gaudy and cheap. I'm not shy by any means of old beautiful design; my current place is over 125 years old. This place is screaming for a slight reno. Hell with a total reno this would easily be $10M.

The only things that its missing is a mudroom and a tall enough garage for and RV... and a theatre room and a storage room.. but other than that I absolutely loved it. I can have a backyard space and a garden space.... It it had more land, I would put a small walking trail on it... for days when I just need fresh air but dont want to leave the property.
